Construction Sub Agent, Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large Rail contractor that work on high value rail projects, they are currently seeking a Sub Agent to join them in their Oxfordshire office.

Our client has had years of success within the rail sector and are now looking for additional managers to They have recently been awarded multiple contracts with leading house builders and commercial building contractors across London, Oxford, West Midlands, East Midlands & Manchester with repeat clients and works are starting in 2023.

As a Project Manager you’ll be managing the Groundworks & Civils Package on a mixture of schemes throughout your employment.

Required experience and qualifications:
Black Card (Level 6 SMSTS NVQ Qualification)
Experience running gangs, managing complex programmes and liasing with your
Contract Director and Client.
