As a Senior Customer Consultant youll be the first point of contact for our members making sure they feel welcomed, supported and valued whether they visit us in-branch via telephone or get in touch online.
What you will:- Welcome and support customers in finding the right financial solutions.
- Deliver outstanding service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
- Mentor and support a team of Customer Consultants helping them grow and develop.
- Step in for the Branch Manager when needed contributing to the smooth running of the branch.
- Supporting customers over the phone and through our digital channels.
- Ensuring the smooth running of daily branch operations in line with policy and procedures.
- Staying up to date with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Working collaboratively with your colleagues across the branch network and deliver exceptional service.
- A natural people person with strong communications skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or over the phone.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Full training, no financial background needed.
