Customer Experience Advisor
Location:
Burton On Trent Branch.
Hours:
28 hours per week on a rota schedule (Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm).
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch or over the phone.
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries, and servicing.
- Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
- Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
- Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to better help customers.
- Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in face‑to‑face or telephony environments (Required).
- Effective communication skills to understand customer needs (Required).
- Desire to go above and beyond for customers (Preferred).
- Strong team‑working skills with a flexible, can‑do approach (Preferred).
- Openness to a broad range of activities, even outside standard expectations (Preferred).
- Capacity to grow, adapt and change to accommodate business needs and priorities (Preferred).

- £25,000.00 – £31,579.00 per annum (depending on experience). Annual salary based on a standard 35‑hour working week; actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
- £500 annual cash allowance to spend on benefits.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases to 26 days after 5 years of service). Option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year.
