Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor based at Barry & Caerphilly branches, working 17.5 hours per week on a rota from 8am to 6pm. The twinned sites operate on different days, so you’ll travel between locations.
You’ll greet customers, assist with transactions and tech help, handle calls from our contact centre, build relationships, and continuously deepen your knowledge of Santander products to improve the customer experience.
