Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Barry & Caerphilly branches, working 17.5 hours per week on a rota basis between 8am and 6pm. You’ll welcome customers, assist with transactions, and support technology use in the banking hall.
This role requires flexibility and a customer-focused mindset, with travel between both sites to cover shifts and deliver consistent service across locations.
