Penguin Recruitment is working with a well-established multidisciplinary practice to recruit an Architectural Technician for their Flintshire studio. The role focuses on residential projects, from initial planning through to construction documentation.
You will prepare planning applications, develop proposals, attend site visits, and produce technical specs and tender packages. A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology and solid UK experience are expected, with strong AutoCAD skills.
