Pay: £13.75 per hour (PAYE)

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring individual to join our team as a Full-Time ALN Teaching Assistant in primary schools across the Barry and Vale of Glamorgan area.
No previous school experience is required
—just the right attitude and a genuine desire to help children succeed.

• Provide 1:1 support to pupils in the classroom and during daily school activities
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Build a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil
• Deliver clear, constructive feedback to encourage confidence and progress
• Promote a child-led learning approach
• Manage challenging behaviour and confidently support pupils away from triggering environments

• Have an open and inclusive approach to supporting pupils with ALN
• Be positive, patient, and energetic
• Have a genuine passion for helping others
• Be committed to enhancing every child’s learning experience
• Feel comfortable working in a school environment
• Be eager to develop skills and grow within an educational setting

• Competitive weekly pay of £13.75 per hour via PAYE
