Seasonal Instructor

We are looking for a motivated individual to lead and deliver high quality adventure activity sessions at our centre. As a key member of the activity team, you will be able to clearly communicate our Christian ethos and values to our guests. You will need excellent verbal communication skills, be able to build rapport with a variety of group types and work well as part of a team.

• Paddlesport Leader (PSL)
• Climbing Wall Instructor (CWI)

This role is subject to an Occupational Requirement (OR) that the successful applicant is a Christian who is committed to the values, beliefs and behaviours set out in our ethos statement.

Hours per week:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week (including some evening and weekend work)

Salary: £23,874 per annum

Contract Term:
Fixed-term January 2026 until 31 October 2026 (subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references)
