MEA Central High School, part of the Prospere Learning Trust, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Teacher of Music to join their vibrant and ambitious team on a full-time temporary contract until July 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate music educator to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging music lessons that inspire creativity and confidence
• Plan and implement a broad and ambitious music curriculum
• Lead and contribute to extra-curricular music activities, including ensembles, performances and school productions
• Monitor and support student progress to ensure strong outcomes for all learners
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and the Trust

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for music education
• Demonstrates high expectations for all students
• Is committed to inclusive practice and raising achievement
• Works collaboratively and contributes to a supportive team culture
