About the Role

As Assistant Headteacher, you will play a vital role in the strategic leadership of the school, working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to drive improvement and innovation. You will be a key figure in shaping teaching & learning, staff development, and the overall pupil experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on curriculum development and teaching & learning strategies, ensuring the highest standards of education

Support and inspire teachers to deliver outstanding classroom practice through coaching, mentoring, and professional development

Uphold the school’s high expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour, and personal development

Champion inclusion and safeguarding, ensuring every child thrives in a safe, nurturing environment

Take a proactive role in whole-school initiatives and strategic planning, contributing to school-wide improvement
