We are looking for a highly committed practitioner to support, develop and implement strategies for working with students and families to overcome barriers to learning. This role is focused on building strong relationships with pupils and their families and supporting their success both in and outside of school.

The role requires providing exceptional care, support and guidance. You will be responsible for setting high expectations for all pupils in pastoral matters, and for delivering support and interventions to meet the pastoral and learning needs of pupils and their parents or carers. You will work closely with parents, carers and the wider school staff while adhering to the school's behaviour procedures and policies, and promoting the welfare and protection of all students attending the school.

This position demands high professional standards and experience in working with young people.
