We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive Secondary Schools across the Barry area. Whether you’re experienced or looking to build on your classroom skills, we have fantastic short-term and long-term local opportunities to suit you.

• Manage and cover classes in replacement of the class teacher
• Assist the school in delivering engaging lessons
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Provide tailored support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Encourage pupil confidence, independence and progress

• Experience covering and managing classes for all subject specialisms
• Ability to lead classes and actively encourage learning
• A patient, nurturing and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting learning and development

• Weekly pay – from £120.00 per day
