Teaching Personnel in Newport, South Wales are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils in an Alternative Provision Base attached to a secondary school. The role focuses on helping students with SEMH and behavioural needs to engage with learning.
You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams, providing 1:1 and group support, building positive relationships, and promoting emotional regulation, attendance and safe, inclusive learning environments.
