Cover Supervisors Needed for a September Start - Rhondda Cynon Taf Pay Rate:
From £120+ per day (depending on experience)
Are you confident, adaptable, and looking to gain valuable experience in secondary schools? We are working with a number of welcoming and supportive schools across Rhondda Cynon Taf who are seeking reliable Cover Supervisors to provide general classroom cover from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Teaching Assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, or anyone with experience working with young people.

Assignments can vary from day-to-day cover across different schools, whilst strong candidates often secure long-term placements or contracted positions when schools find the right fit.

• Supervising classes during teacher absences across a range of subjects
• Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring pupils remain on task
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with their learning and encouraging engagement
• Working across a variety of secondary schools throughout the Rhondda Cynon Taf area

• Experience working with children or young people in any setting
• Confident classroom presence and strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, professional and flexible approach
• An interest in education and supporting young people's development

• Pay from £120+ per day, depending on experience
