Salary: £33,596 - £51,932 (Pro rata) Upper pay range points UP2 and UP3 are subject to evidence of previous progression to Upper Pay Spine
We are now searching for a Lecturer in Psychology to deliver our AS and A2 Psychology courses.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have proven experience and competence lecturing Psychology and be educated to degree level.
As a Lecturer at Coleg Cambria you will be required to deliver both practical and classroom based learning to our students. You will also be responsible for enrolling students on appropriate courses and provide coaching, mentoring and learning opportunities as well as ensuring the safety and welfare of our students at all times.
Essential Requirements- Qualified to at least Level 6/Degree Level in a relevant specialist subject area
- Teaching Qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE, C&G 7407)
- Able to identify, interpret and apply specific knowledge to practice
- Competent digital literacy skills
- Be able to develop and use a range of teaching and learning techniques
Welsh skills are
desirable
for this specific post. We are seeking candidates who can help us grow our bilingual provision and service.
