We are seeking a dedicated Lead Electrical Engineer for a full-time role based on-site in Barry. The Lead Electrical Engineer will be responsible for developing and overseeing electrical designs, conducting power systems analysis, and managing power distribution networks. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing solutions to meet project requirements. Leadership in project execution and providing technical expertise are key aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in Electrical Design and Engineering principles
• Strong knowledge of Electricity and Power Distribution systems
• Experience in Power Systems analysis and implementation
• Effective problem-solving and leadership skills within team environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Understanding of industry standards and safety regulations
• Experience in industrial and energy-related applications is a plus
