What You’ll Be Doing

From concept design through to installation and commissioning, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects that improve efficiency, increase capacity, and support future growth.

  • Design mechanical and electrical layouts for plant and equipment
  • Support production line, infrastructure, and electrical system upgrades
  • Manage projects from concept through to commissioning
  • Develop timelines, budgets, and investment proposals
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and installation activities
  • Maintain high Health & Safety standards across projects
  • Provide project updates and maintain accurate documentation
  • Contribute ideas to improve reliability and performance

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience designing mechanical and electrical systems within manufacturing environments
  • Proven experience delivering capital projects from concept to completion
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety within FMCG/manufacturing
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Financial awareness and budget management experience
Bonus if You Have
  • Food manufacturing experience
  • A continuous improvement mindset
