Arcus Solutions is seeking an experienced MER Technical Trainer for a field-based role in Stevenage. This position focuses on teaching and coaching engineering teams on Mechanical, Electrical, and Refrigeration systems.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging training, support field engineers, and evaluate training effectiveness. A strong engineering background and recognised qualifications are essential. The role offers a salary up to £55,000 per annum and various benefits including a discretionary bonus scheme and a pension plan.
