Trust Hall Loans & Mortgages Ltd is a fast-growing specialist finance packaging firm working with mortgage brokers across the UK on cases that don’t fit the high street. Secured loans. Bridging. Specialist first charges. Regulated and unregulated.

We’re looking for someone confident, energetic, and ambitious to join us as a Trainee Specialist Mortgage Adviser — and this is not a typical trainee role. You won’t be stuck doing admin. You won’t be hidden behind paperwork. You’ll be on the phone, speaking to mortgage brokers, building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and learning the specialist lending market from the front line.

Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. Office-based | Full-time | Monday–Friday.

• Outbound calls to mortgage brokers
• Introducing our specialist packaging service
• Identifying cases suitable for secured loans, bridging and specialist lending
• Building long-term broker relationships
• Generating live enquiries for our senior advisers
• Learning lender criteria and how complex cases are structured

You don’t need mortgage experience.

You do need to be:

• Confident on the phone
• Comfortable making high volumes of calls
• Persuasive and relationship-driven
• Ambitious and target focused
• Interested in building a career in specialist finance

Sales, telesales, recruitment, estate agency or call centre experience is ideal.

• Full training in specialist lending
• Clear pathway to becoming a Specialist Finance Adviser
• On-target earnings of £35,000 in Year 1 (uncapped)
• Significant earning potential in Year 2 and beyond
• Basic salary + performance bonus
• A long-term career in a niche, high-earning part of the market
