Overview
We are partnering with a major organisation undergoing significant Finance transformation to recruit an experienced EPM
Finance Systems Administrator
. This role sits within a specialist Finance Systems team and will play a key part in delivering group‑wide systems development projects, with a strong focus on the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite.
You will support the full lifecycle of Finance systems change, from analysis, design and build through to testing, training, implementation and handover into BAU. Once new solutions are deployed, you will take ownership for embedding day‑to‑day support within the Finance Systems team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver functional change across the Oracle EPM estate, including Planning/PBCS, EDM, FCC and Narrative Reporting.
- Resolve technical and functional issues, managing incident tickets and system queries.
- Support data integration, validation and reconciliation processes across Finance.
- Maintain strong governance, controls and documentation standards.
- Work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver training and produce clear, user‑friendly guidance materials.
- Analyse and map complex processes, including system architecture, ensuring alignment with Oracle EPM best practice and new product developments.
- Play a key role in delivering future roadmap tools such as Account Reconciliation and Tax Cloud, collaborating with Finance, IT and project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Strong background as a Finance Systems Administrator
, with hands‑on experience supporting, developing and maintaining Oracle EPM / Hyperion applications, such as: - Narrative Reporting
- Understanding of financial control and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio.
- Oracle / Hyperion certifications or a relevant degree are advantageous.
