Rightsizing Specialist

Birmingham City Council is looking for a Rightsizing Officer to support housing stock use across the city. This hybrid role involves engaging with residents and facilitating housing transitions, working collaboratively with various services.

The successful candidate will have experience engaging with diverse communities and knowledge of housing services. A degree or equivalent experience is required, alongside strong communication and relationship-building skills. This role also includes managing caseloads and delivering workshops to promote rightsizing.
