Ready to use your skills where they truly matter? Join our Complex Care Team and support a young girl with significant health needs as she moves from rehab back into her family home in Hertfordshire. This is your chance to play a real part in her journey and provide exceptional, heart‑centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing

Become a vital part of her daily life, providing:

  • Full assistance with personal care
  • Emotional comfort and reassurance
  • Support with therapy routines and rehab plans
  • Supporting with Complex Health needs

Shifts available:

12-hour days
12-hour waking nights

What We’re Looking For

Experienced, confident carers who have supported people with complex needs. Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Experience working with Children
  • Traumatic/acquired brain injury
  • PEG feeding
  • Hoisting & manual handling

Essential:
UK driving licence + own car

Responsibilities
  • To support clients with personal care and administer medication.
  • To provide complex care interventions such as ventilation.
  • To support clients with moving and handling.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
  • Valid UK driving License and access to a car for work.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Full UK right to work.
