We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work across two welcoming services in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. As Deputy Manager, you will:

· Work alongside the Service Manager to maintain and enhance high standards of care and support

· Lead, coach and mentor a team of Support Workers

· Promote positive wellbeing, independence and person-centred outcomes

· Participate in an on-call rota

· Support adults in residential and respite settings with learning disabilities and/or complex needs
Requirements:

· QCF Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care

· Willingness to work towards Level 4

· Confident using electronic systems

· Passionate about continuous improvement and best practice

· Professional, trustworthy and able to motivate others

· Compassionate, supportive and empowering

· A driver (essential - role covers two services)
