Role Description

This is a full-time HSE Advisor role at KAEFER UK & Ireland. The role involves overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety programs, inspecting work site(s), providing training/guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a site position located in Barry, Wales, on our Dow site.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Risk assessment and site inspection skills
  • Training and communication skills
  • Experience in technical industrial services is beneficial
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • NEBOSH Cert
  • Membership of IOSH/IIRSM
  • Applied practice of UK Health, Safety, and Environmental Regs
  • Hold the right to live and work in the UK
