Exper Care is a domiciliary homecare provider located in South Wales, regulated and inspected by Care Inspectorate Wales. We offer personalized care services for adults aged 18 and above, ensuring they can maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. At Exper Care, we directly employ dedicated and compassionate teams, providing them with specialised training to meet the unique care needs of each individual.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Registered Manager based in Barry. The Registered Manager will oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care services, including managing care staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high‑quality care for all Service Users. Additional responsibilities include developing staff training plans, implementing care policies, liaising with families and external stakeholders, and preparing for inspections by Care Inspectorate Wales.

And participating in On call. The role also involves achieving business goals while fostering a positive work culture among the team.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, care policies, and health & safety in domiciliary care
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities
• Previous experience in the healthcare or social care sector, preferably in a managerial role
• Ability to manage budgets and meet business performance targets
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
• A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ/QCF Level
  5) is highly desirable or Level 4 working toward level 5.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and practices
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are essential.
