We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MRI Radiographer to join our team.

You will be working with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers/Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff. You will report into the Unit Manager for the service but also have support from a Clinical lead.

As a Radiographer at Alliance Medical you will be responsible for adhering to protocol and procedures to produce high quality images and an exceptional standard of patient and customer care. Our focus is on teamwork and working together to provide the best service for all in an environment that encourages learning, development and support.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide variety of MRI examinations.
  • Produce high quality images while adhering to protocol and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional patient and customer care.
  • Work flexibly within the team and build excellent rapport with patients and customers.
  • Support the team, assist with IV cannulation (training provided if required), and maintain clinical competency.
  • Work effectively under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 1–2 years of MRI experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time‑management, communication, negotiating, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • IV cannulation skills are essential (training will be provided where required).
  • Previous cannulation experience is an advantage.
  • Evidence of clinical competency.
  • HCPC registration.
