• Support individuals on a 1-1 basis, encouraging independence and community access
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Participate actively in activities that align with the individuals’ interests and preferences
• Support individuals within a respite home, catering to diverse needs
• Maintain high standards of support tailored to service requirements
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment for those supported

• Passionate about supporting others and making a difference
• Flexible with shift patterns, including early, late, and sleep-in shifts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
• Drivers preferred but not essential
• Willingness to undertake personal care duties
