AboutThe Role
Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We’re looking for a bright and driven graduate who has a passion for solving people-related problems to join us as a People Partner. You'll support our HR strategy, providing expert advice to our teams and helping to develop our policies. Bring your data-driven mindset and break barriers to shape what's next in finance.
What You'll Be Doing- Being a strategic advisor for your stakeholders by providing advice, guidance, and coaching to managers
- Identifying people issues and trends proactively within the business
- Optimising day-to-day HR operations, keeping people-centricity in mind
- Leading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures
- Contributing to the development of world-class HR policies and procedures
- To have graduated university in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- A degree from a top university in political science
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Logical and analytical thinking skills
- A data and process-driven approach towards HR
- Fluency in English
- An interest in labour laws
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Experience in a startup or the tech industry
