This position involves leading the HR Business Partnering function across a broad international footprint, including the UK, Ireland, Europe, and South Africa. The Head of HR Business Partners will play a crucial role in aligning people strategy with business objectives, supporting leaders through transitions, and strengthening organizational effectiveness in various regions. The successful candidate will lead an HR team to provide consistent, commercially-focused support to senior leaders and translate business strategies into actionable people plans.
Core responsibilities include partnering with the Talent Centre of Excellence to drive workforce planning initiatives, leading organizational change and transformation efforts, and advocating for the adoption of HR analytics and digital tools to enhance decision-making. The role also involves overseeing risk identification and mitigation across regions, managing the HRBP budget, and ensuring effective financial planning within the HR department. Additionally, the candidate will lead, coach, and develop a team of senior HR Business Partners while collaborating closely with HR Centres of Expertise to ensure seamless service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior HR Business Partnering roles within complex, multi-country environments, along with a proven track record in leading change and transformation initiatives. Strong commercial acumen, confidence in using data analytics, and experience with technology in IT/Tech/SAAS environments are essential. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing HR teams is also required. The candidate should be prepared to deputize for the HR Director on HR matters when needed.
