Salary: Up to £63,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

The Role:

Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, you'll act as a trusted business partner to site leadership, providing commercially focused HR support across a wide range of people matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full employee lifecycle across the site
• Advising and coaching managers on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
• Building strong relationships with Trade Union representatives and supporting industrial relations activity
