Identifying and engaging high-quality professionals within specialist sectors Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates Managing the recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to successful placement Preparing candidates for interviews and handling offer negotiations Developing your own network and becoming a recognised expert within your market This is a target-driven role that suits individuals who thrive in a busy environment and enjoy working towards ambitious goals.
