Head of Growth, IT​/Tech

Fully Remote | UK-Based | Senior Leadership Role

We’re building a high-growth B2B platform and are looking for an exceptional Head of Growth to own acquisition, performance, and — critically —
how growth spend is deployed, measured, and scaled
.

This is a senior, commercially accountable role for someone who has owned serious budgets
, understands unit economics deeply, and is comfortable operating where growth, finance, and systems intersect
.

If you’ve scaled paid channels, managed large budgets, and care deeply about efficiency — this role will feel familiar.

You’ll take end-to-end ownership of growth strategy and execution, including:

• Accountability for £75k–£300k+ monthly growth budgets
• Paid acquisition across Google, Meta, Linked In, and emerging channels
• Budget allocation, CAC control, and payback optimisation
• Deciding where money is spent and why
• Working closely with founders and finance on growth forecasts
• Building scalable growth systems, not fragile campaigns
• Clear, finance-grade reporting on spend and performance

This is numbers, systems, and outcomes

You’re likely someone who:

• Has 7–12+ years experience in growth, performance, or acquisition roles
• Has personally owned £1m–£3m+ annual paid media spend
• Has worked in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth B2B
• Is fluent in CAC, LTV, payback periods, and efficiency metrics
• Is comfortable working with finance teams on budgets and controls
• Understands how spend flows through cards, platforms, and systems
