Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.

• Support & Resolve complex 3rd line Wintel incidents within agreed SLAs
• Maintain & Optimise Windows Server environments and Active Directory services
• Administer & Support VMware virtualisation platforms
• Support & Enhance Citrix environments where applicable
• Manage & Maintain Group Policy and DNS configurations
• Support & Deliver Microsoft Exchange administration and services
• Monitor & Improve infrastructure performance and system health
• Automate & Streamline operational tasks using scripting (e.g. Power Shell)
• Contribute & Deliver infrastructure project work and platform enhancements
• Ensure & Uphold security, governance, and compliance standards

To succeed, you will bring strong 3rd line Wintel support experience within enterprise or secure environments, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and maintain critical infrastructure services. You will have a solid foundation across Windows technologies and virtualisation, alongside a proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Strong experience in Windows Server and Active Directory environments
• Proven expertise in Group Policy and DNS management
• Hands‑on experience supporting VMware virtualisation platforms
• Experience administering Microsoft Exchange environments
• Familiarity with backup and anti‑virus technologies
• Exposure to Citrix environments
• Proficiency in scripting, particularly Power Shell
• Experience working within secure or regulated environments
• Awareness of monitoring tools such as Zabbix (desirable)
• Exposure to automation or emerging technologies (desirable)
