What You’ll Do- Serve as the key customer contact on technical and service–related problems to achieve required product/service performance standards and total customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical/service issues.
- Instruct clients on proper usage and operation of equipment.
- Operate with little judgment and decision‑making under close supervision; typically requires less than 1 year of experience.
