The Welsh Government is seeking an Application Support Engineer (SharePoint) to ensure reliable operation and support of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services across the organisation. You will provide hands-on technical guidance to business users, manage day-to-day service activities, and collaborate with IT colleagues and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and secure, performant services.
Experience in incident management, change control and user training is desirable.
