Legal Counsel, Crypto & Structured Finance

A leading cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a legal professional to manage collateral agreements and ensure the integrity and enforce ability of security interests. The ideal candidate will have a law degree along with 2–3 years of experience in structured finance or banking law. You'll work closely with internal teams to implement robust legal frameworks for real-world asset transactions, so strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Experience in crypto exchanges is preferred, as well as knowledge of custody agreements and regulatory requirements.
