Solicitor​/CILEX​/Licenced Conveyancer - Commercial Property

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join our Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.

• Handling a full caseload of commercial property matters including purchases, sales, leases (for both Landlord and Tenant), and refinances.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers/lenders, and other solicitors to ensure timely progression of cases.
• Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, preparing transfer documents and drafting leases.
• Reviewing leases and dealing with licences to assign and underlet.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Providing exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records on case management systems.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial property matters.
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

• Experience dealing with agricultural land is also beneficial.
