The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented Customs & Logistics Administrator to join a growing logistics and supply chain operation based in St Athan.

This role is ideal for an individual with experience in logistics, customs compliance, shipping administration, or warehouse support who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting import and export activities, ensuring customs compliance, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the Goods In function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage import and export compliance activities through customs brokers.
• Support the administration of Customs Warehousing and Inward Processing regimes.
• Prepare commercial invoices, bills of discharge, and customs-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customs records and ensure compliance with HMRC requirements.
• Coordinate and control the Goods Receiving Area, ensuring stakeholders are informed of deliveries.
• Input and maintain goods receipt, shipping, and inventory data across business systems.
