Regional Manager

Regional General Manager requirement for a privately owned household name. Role is a pure multi site leadership position with the requirement to strategise, lead and inspire your team to deliver sales delivery, customer service satisfaction and growth across your region. To be considered for this role, sector experience is not important but you will need to display the following:
Proven ability to manage across a multi site operation Great leadership skills, driving engagement, colleague development, customer satisfaction all whilst managing and owning the P&L across the region. Strong commercial acumen Ideally experienced within a business with strong focus on Health and Safety.
