If you have a passion for influencing deals then this could be a great fit. A leading technology and engineering organisation is seeking a highly skilled commercially minded capture Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping, structuring and closing major commercial deals across high-value, strategically important programmes alongside developing go to market strategies and hunting and winning competitive bids. This is a senior commercial leadership position operating at the forefront of complex customer engagements in the tech and defence sectors.

As the Commercial Lead, you will operate at senior and executive levels, leading commercial strategy, major negotiation activity and the overall commercial framework for large, business-critical campaigns. You will work closely with multi-discipline capture teams, influence internal and external stakeholders, and drive commercially robust, innovative deal structures that unlock long-term growth.

What We're Looking For
