The Role Pay Details
Grade 8, SCP 26 - 30, £37,280 - £40,777, £19.32 - £20.66 p/h
Working Pattern37 Hours per week, 5 days per week

DescriptionYou will lead a team in delivering services which deal will all tenancy matters. This includes lettings, void management, enforcement and support services.
You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of relevant legislation and have a proven track record in Anti-Social Behaviour case management and achieving targets. You will also be able to demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm to lead the team towards continuous improvement in this area of the business. You will be able to inspire others and establish a positive culture within the team and other teams
About You The successful candidate will have- Experience of leading high performance teams.
- Two years work experience in the social housing sector including housing management and/or community investment.
- Experience of dealing with tenants and the public in a positive manner.
- Experience of working with partners to deliver positive outcomes for people.
- Experience of dealing with change strategies.
- Experience of developing performance management frameworks in housing management services.
- Experience of developing and delivering a neighbourhood based improvement projects.
- Knowledge of Housing Benefit and Supporting People Benefit.
- Ability to interpret and implement policy and procedure.
- HNC in Housing or equivalent
- Experience of legal work/court work.
- A 'can do' positive attitude.
- Seeks positive outcomes for service users.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for the area they manage.
- Supports colleagues in achieving shared objectives
