Large Format Print Operator - Northern Counties

Salary: £30-32k basic (depending on experience) plus overtime

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced digital print operator to join one of the UK’s leading independent large format print providers. With incredibly impressive facilities and equipment, this client has enjoyed a sustained period of growth and investment and operates the very latest large, wide and superwide format digital printing systems and finishing equipment.

As a large format operator, you will be responsible for operating a Durst P10 hybrid press and assisting with other Durst machines when necessary, with training provided.

Within this busy production department you will be responsible for the following on a day-to-day basis:

• Prioritising works orders for printing
• Operating and maintaining equipment
• Liaising with other members of the team
• Managing stock
• Assisting others with light duties
• Research and development of new methods of production

We are looking for candidates with experience operating either Durst or Vutek machines. Candidates must also have excellent communication skills to interpret briefs and translate into live projects, along with confidence in dealing with large projects often with tight deadlines.
