At Reacta Healthcare, we are looking for a Production Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role where you will play a key part in producing pharmaceutical products in a highly regulated environment.

• Pharmaceutical Manufacturing:
  Carry out production activities, including equipment preparation and product manufacturing, in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Quality & Compliance:
  Ensure all work meets pharmaceutical quality and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and care.
• Cleanroom & Facility Standards:
  Support cleaning and preparation of production areas to maintain controlled environments essential for pharmaceutical production.
• Documentation:
  Complete production records accurately in line with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and regulatory expectations.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Contribute to team initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and ways of working across the manufacturing function.

To be successful in this role, applicants need to have the following essential skills and experience:

• Quality focus with attention to detail
• Motivated team player
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Focus on delivery

• Previous operator experience in a similar regulated environment (e.g. pharmaceutical, food, or medical devices)
• Good understanding of food or pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice
• Secondary education to include Maths, English and Science
