NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking a Production Manager for a chemical manufacturing site near Deeside. You will lead the safe, day-to-day operation of the plant, directing production and coordination with engineering to meet output and quality targets.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will develop production teams, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while upholding health, safety and housekeeping standards.
