Ecolab is hiring a Shift Maintenance Engineer for the Baglan Plant in Wales. The role reports to the plant Reliability Manager and focuses on maintaining GMP cleanroom equipment, performing PMs, and addressing breakdowns on shift to sustain production targets.
Location is in Neath, Wales. The shift pattern includes mornings, afternoons, and nights, with a strong emphasis on safety and process discipline. TPM participation and hands-on tooling support are key elements of the role.
