• Design, test, and optimise automated email/SMS journeys via Klaviyo
• Launch high‑performing weekly campaigns that drive conversion and retention
• Own churn analytics and use insights to reduce cancellation rates
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Growth teams to align messaging across the funnel
• Contribute to brand storytelling with customer‑focused content and experiences

• Proven hands‑on experience with Klaviyo in a D2C environment
• A track record of scaling lifecycle marketing, ideally in subscription‑based consumables
• Strong data analysis and segmentation skills
• Confidence to lead CRM strategy and take full ownership of results
• Curiosity and initiative – you’re proactive, not reactive

• £50k–£60k base salary plus equity options
