This established project needs support to transition to being an independent charity.
The successful candidate will work in conjunction with the Food Share lead to develop its purpose, governance and charitable registration, and establish the policies, systems and trustee arrangements needed for success.
The role also involves building its HR, finance, risk and compliance frameworks and producing a three-to-five-year business plan, funding strategy and financial projections.
We are looking for an organised, collaborative and experienced professional who can turn plans into practical action.
Working closely with local communities and voluntary and statutory partners, the postholder will ensure Food Share meets local needs and builds strong relationships.
