Potens is seeking compassionate staff to support adults with varied needs in a residential setting near Barry, Wales. You will provide 1-1 support, promote independence and assist with personal care as part of a dedicated team.
Shifts are typically three long days weekly (6:45–19:30, 7:30–20:30, 8:00–21:00) with weekend/bank holiday work. A pension scheme, 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, and learning opportunities (NVQ levels 2–5) are included.
