Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, the Compliance Officer will play a key role in ensuring SPIE Wind connect Group have compliant working practices. The Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting the coordination of compliance initiatives and improvements, ensuring all employees adhere to policies and processes to maintain a high standard of project execution. This role is a functional support to all departments, working as a key member of the HSEQ team, driving compliance business‑wide with operations, personnel, and all departments.

Votre missionEnsuring compliance across SPIE Wind connect Group, the Compliance Officer coordinates compliance initiatives, promotes a QHSE culture, and supports internal and external audits. The role supports all departments and drives continuous improvement.
Votre profil- Conduct internal ISO audits in coordination with the quality engineer.
- Manage the legal and compliance register, ensuring new legislation is added and communicated.
- Monitor compliance against company doctrine, policies & procedures and promote continuous improvement.
- Lead cross‑functional / departmental audits with HODs and unit managers.
- Support a positive QHSE culture and assist on necessary audits.
- Ensure procedural documents align with corporate requirements and drive a compliance culture.
- Focus on continuous improvement.
- Support the QHSE function to execute robust internal and external audits.
- Maintain the compliance portal, train employees, and manage submissions.
- Facilitate cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Review and develop procedures to ensure work practices comply with legislation, regulation, and best practices.
- Reduce burden on operational personnel/departments.
- Produce and present compliance metrics for review meetings.
- Conduct supplier & subcontractor audits – site visits with quality engineer.
- Manage new IMS roll‑out, ensure compliance with usage.
- Enhance success of new initiatives/systems/processes.
- Develop strong relations with HSEQ, Legal, GDPR, HR, Procurement, sustainability, and executive board.
Pension: 5% fixed contribution from SPIE Wind Connect into DC Royal London Plan.
Annual Leave: 23 days, increasing by one day on every service anniversary up to a max of 30 days.
