Position: Pastry Sous Chef | Rosette Desserts, 48-Hour Week, £37k + £5k
A premier restaurant in Essex is seeking a talented Pastry Sous Chef to lead the pastry section and contribute to delivering high-quality, seasonal desserts.

This role offers a salary of £37,000 per annum plus a £5,000 service charge, with two days off each week.
